Turning Green
Mostly, during my idle time, I entertain myself by thinking about things that are sometimes out of this world. There are a lot of “what ifs” in the universe and it’s quite relaxing to escape reality once in a while.
I sure have thought about what kind of dish I would be if given the opportunity (okay). One time, I was also asked by a friend to do a tag where I needed to pretend to be a fruit for a minute (huh?). And just when I thought I’ve spent too much time thinking about loads of possibilities in this lifetime, another question comes in: What type of vegetable you would be and why? Hmm… let me see.
Since I love most vegetables, I’ll just pick a favorite – broccoli! What I love about this vegetable is that you can eat both its flowers and leaves, so almost nothing goes to waste. It’s not only very nutritious, but according to studies, it also contains unique substances that can prevent and fight Cancer - most especially Prostate Cancer. Great, huh! It would definitely be an honor to become a broccoli and be of service to mankind. ;-)
Speaking of vegetables, I don’t know if you’ve already seen this funny veggie family - the sproutwells being introduced in this video. If not, hit play to watch and find out for yourself why I think these vegetables rock! Please feel free to pass this link to your friends, so they too can share the fun. :)

2 showed some lovin':
If I were a broccoli, I hope I'd be turned into a satisfying broccoli cheese soup!
Vegetables are underrated. It's a good thing that people still bother to grow them so that people such as you and me can enjoy eating them. Like you, I also have a website. My blog contains a free novel that I wrote in order to promote my mission of saving Uganda, Africa. http://fateiscallingyou.blogspot.com is the website and I was wondering if you would like to do a link exchange with me. If you're interested, please contact me through my website. Thank you.
