Art by my Little Picasso

These artworks were taken from one of my little princess' collection of sketch pads. I scanned some of her drawings and placed them on yellow background to make them more colorful. I've always encouraged her to create art in her spare time.

Actually, create art and write.

These are two things that I have great passion for, that I want to pass on to her, somehow. Good thing that she has an inherent interest in them, that she didn't need a lot of pushing.

Constantly, I would be reminded to buy a new sketch pad, everytime the last 50-page pad gets consumed in a day or two.

To see the entire collection, please click here and tell me what you think. :)

Thanks! Saw it a while ago on your link list. Medyo hilo pa ko trying to figure things out. Still taking baby steps one at a time. :)

Wow, ala-Van Gogh or Dali ba? Hehehe. I just try to support whatever hobby she likes to do-- which is, constantly changing (art, singing, ballet, being a rock star)! When it's Mia's turn, you'll just know. But most likely, she'll love the things that you are passionate about too. :)

Hi Gizellle, I already added you. :)

You're right, she's very much into being a princess . Most of her drawings are of princesses, gowns and kingdoms. Children are really imaginative little beings.

Will post the url again. Thanks for linking and for stopping by! :)

Hi, Razielle! Chestene is 6 years old. Her drawings are artistic in their own way. I thought I'm a little biased coz she's my daughter, but I'm glad other moms appreciate them too. Thanks for visiting. :)

Btw, can I add you in Multiply and in my link list, as well? My blog is fairly new and I'm adding new blog friends. :)

yes, just add me up :) thanks.

I *LOVE* this!

Was exploring your blog after I saw your "about me" ... which I *completely* believe in ("I find beauty in the worst situations. It’s a gift, but it’s also a state of mind. So it can be done.") ... yes! yes! me too! :)

... and then I found these pictures by your precious one! I give art lessons for children and am always inspired by their artwork, it's so beautiful. Thank you for sharing this!

Thank you for the nice compliment. =) I always try to stick to that frame of mind. It has helped me overcome a lot of difficulties in life.

Wow, it's great to be an art teacher. I also wanted to teach art lessons for children before, but never had the time. Keep up the good work! =)
